"One size" means the strap adjusts across a 24–54 cm neck and 35–51 cm chest range — wide enough for most adult cats, but measure first if your cat sits near either end of that range. A cat under about 6 lb or over 15 lb is likely outside what this harness adjusts to comfortably; the Escape-Proof Vest Harness comes in S–XL if you need a more precise fit.
