Pawsome Haven started with a simple frustration: shopping for pet gear online means wading through hundreds of near-identical listings, none of which tell you whether the thing will actually hold up to a determined Labrador.
So we do that work instead. We curate a small, deliberate range of pet essentials — travel and car gear, grooming tools, feeding and cleanup, comfort and play — and we keep the catalog tight on purpose. If a product doesn't earn its place, it doesn't stay.
What we care about
- Fewer, better choices. A short list you can actually decide from, not an endless scroll.
- Honest product pages. Real dimensions, real materials, real limitations. If something only suits small dogs, we say so.
- Support that answers. A real person replies to every email, usually within one business day.
- Risk-free trial. 30 days to return anything that isn't right for your pet.
Where we are
Pawsome Haven is based in Flushing, New York, and ships across the United States and internationally. Orders leave our fulfillment partners within 1–3 business days, and every shipment comes with tracking.
