What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging. Email support@pawsomehavenshop.com with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on opened consumables — cleaning sprays, disinfectants and waste bags.
When will I get my order?
Orders ship from within the United States. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse, and delivery times vary by destination — the carrier's estimate will be in that email. Express orders arrive sooner than Standard.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Our own shipping rates cover the United States. A small number of items ship from partner warehouses that can also reach Canada and selected international destinations — enter your address at checkout to see whether yours is covered.
